I ordered an egg chair from these guys and it didn't arrive when it was estimated to. I chased up and was told that the delivery was pushed back as they were waiting for more chairs to be ordered? They said that it would be approx 2 months. I cancelled my order and did receive my money back after a while. They are taking too many orders on furniture that they don't have in stock which is why the delays are so bad with this company. I bought my double egg chair from TJ Hughes and was a quick and efficient service.

Would avoid at all costs!!! Ordered an egg chair in march, website states 5 day delivery ended up being 2 weeks. When the chair arrived we were missing a leg and the 3 that were provided didn’t have holes in for fixings. Briq customer service is shocking! Said they’d sort it asap ended up being another 2 weeks for delivery. Once all for legs arrived 1 wasn’t drilled properly for the fixing. got told they could offer 10% back which was an insult for a product that was faulty. Just used the excuse that they were a small team and trying the best they could. Would never buy again would rather spend more money with a “proper company” that looks after customers! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!

I ordered the U shape 9 seater and firepit, I can hands down honestly say one of the best purchases I have made, Brilliant priced quick delivery hassle free from beginning to end. There has been quite a few negative reviews from egg chair orders, I think this has been a pretty unfair and not a true reputation of the company. I personally work with suppliers and shipping companies of my own and I personally see how all over the place this is at the moment and I am sure this will be the main reason for these reviews. I think we should all be supporting small businesses rather than trying to close down a lively-hood. At the end of the day this isn’t someone make mega millions on a multi billion pound company this will more than like be a family run business trying to make ends meet. Once again thank you to all the staff and for my order I am much appreciated. I would recommend and definitely use again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered an egg chair on the 6th of June 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered in July. I heard nothing from them so I had to contact them to be told a load of rubbish and blaming ports being on strike and that it would arrive in august. It never did! I emailed again as you can’t get through to them any other way by the way! And they told me the same story again and that delivery will be in a few weeks and that the courier would get in touch to arrange a suitable date… oh and for the inconvenience (maybe because it was almost winter) they would include a free egg chair cover! Guess what!!! I never heard anything again, so I emailed again. I got the same story for the fourth or fifth time and so I said cancel my order and refund me. They literally instantly cancelled my order but I have never received a refund. When I try and contact them now they are just completely ignoring me. I have had to take legal action. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! They will never ever have another penny off me again and I’ll be sure to tell everybody I know about this shambles, scamming company. Ps. This company isn’t even worth 1 star!!

Originally placed & paid for a Double Egg Chair order in May which specified a delivery date in July. On 21st July we were emailed to say the expected arrival date is now 18th August. This new delivery date passed with no updates from them. Therefore we requested to cancel the order & to be refunded with the cancellation confirmation received from them the following day - this also stated their Accounts Department would arrange a refund. However, despite numerous emails chasing the refund this still has not appeared on our credit card & we have not even received any acknowledgment of the emails. We have now looked at online reviews & realise this company are crooks & must be avoided! No other option than to start legal action.
