Endless harassing phone calls and refusal to remove my number from their calling lists, despite telling them I am registered with the telephone preference service. Had a visit for a saleswoman last year who told us we had a "cheap" invertor and should replace. Our invertor runs at 93% efficiency and has for 8 years. A "company" not to be trusted.

Avoid at all costs. They take your money and then don’t return it. Paid £500 deposit, cancelled within cooling off period and they haven’t refunded it. Endless calls to useless admin team. Alistair Brendon Galloway is the Company Director and thief. Now called their office eight times asking for him to call me/or return my money - nothing. Now day 17 since we cancelled. Trading Standards now involved and speaking to a lawyer tomorrow.
