We were initially interested in some office space based on the positive reviews. But then realised that they were all at least 3 years out of date. After viewing the premises, Sadly this place seems to have gone significantly down hill since the reviews No longer has a conference/meeting room, no equipped communal kitchen facilities and toilets that were out of order.The whole place felt run down, and sadly one to avoid.

This company is unprofessional ,I understand mistakes can be made but when you have to call to ask if they have mail for you on several occasions and excuses are made then saying they don't need your business and they put the phone down on you which is unacceptable,so I immediately went to collect the mail in person and postage dates are from July 31st and August 11th and I collected on 5th September 2 days later I get an email apologising that he was using the incorrect speadsheet of an old virtual office client. Very very disappointed, we paid for a virtual office with mail forwarding and had to haggle on the phone and email for each item of post. Attended once to find the building closed off. Recommended to me via a friend of a friend of the owner. Bit of a shambles and one to avoid.....

Unorganised and unprofessional in dealing with issues. Repeated difficulties in obtaining mail despite clarifying contact details and process with the owner on more than one occasion. Very disappointing

Very disappointed in this service. Extremely unprofessional customer service. we are having to regularly chase up to see if we have any Mail to collect as we do not get contacted. This has happened on several occasions. Poor telephone manner also.
