Just received our two new sofas from BoConcept Bristol, which were installed by two very efficient and friendly guys. We are very pleased with the contemporary style, comfort and quality of them, replacing our previous, much loved, 20 year old BoConcept sofas. The whole Bristol team were very nice to speak to but Jasmine in particular was amazing - so patient and professional, as we took so long to decide on the fabric and colour we wanted! On the many in store visits we never felt rushed to make a decision and Jasmine was always so efficient, helpful and friendly. We will always use BoConcept Bristol branch for any future sofas we decide to buy as we cannot fault their service or products.

I have just had my new sofa delivered from BoConcept Bristol and I am in love. The new store in Clifton is simply beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful. From purchase to delivery the service has been excellent, with consistent communication along the way to keep me updated with an expected delivery day. I would 100% buy again, and I am already saving for my next purchase, thank you SO much.

Very happy with my experience visiting the Bo Concept in Bristol. I was browsing enjoying the look of the items and furniture in the store. I arranged a home visit just to give me some ideas, I found Vicky Horsey both engaging and professional, she listen to what I was looking for. She then went away and added her own ideas. A few weeks later I’m so pleased with the furniture I ordered, I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look.

We bought 3 sofas and some bits and pieces from Bristol BoConcept. Delivery was on time and unpacked for us very professionally. Staff at the store were outstanding. Good value for high quality furniture. We’ll be back.

Very helpful and friendly person in your shop in Bristol, Jasmine. She took a lot of trouble over showing us various fabric options for one of the sofas. Good choice of furniture and fabrics - not too many but all of them seemingly well designed.
