Was taking lessons with elliot who then all of a sudden disappeared,

My daughter has been having lessons with Elliott Smith. After paying him for a 2nd course of 10 lessons he has only given her 4 lessons and has disappeared owning her £165. Rang Bill Plant customer service department only to be told its not there problem as all there instucters work for themselves. Surely you have a duty of care to your students

Avoid avoid avoid, my partner used bill plant driving school in Worcester,her instructor was elliot, we used to pay £30 for a 1 hour lesson yet the instructor never used to give 1 hour lessons only used to give 55mins or even less, then all of a sudden elliot left without telling us,avoid

If you do use bill plant avoid using elliot, he's just cares about money

My son passed his test with Bill Plant Driving school recently with Elliot as his Instructor. Managed to keep lessons going as best as possible through these difficult times, and also fitted him in when he got a last minute cancellation. Son enjoyed lessons with them too and passed first time.
