Had a great experience with these guys… came and collected my car, replaced the alternator and dropped it back off the same afternoon. Cost of the job was £100 cheaper than what I’d previously been quoted! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Jason and his team of mechanics they all went above and beyond to get my recovery truck back on the road in a single day by working until 8 o'clock at night to get the job finished I was really impressed and wasn't expecting it to be be ready so quickly so thanks again guys for a great service

Avoid this place by far!! Clueless and therefore useless garage. Waste of money and time. Got the diagnose of the problem totally wrong and obviously didn't bother to check for any other possible source of the issue. Basically upon arrival told me that the problem with my car was what I said I thought it was. Took the car away, "repaired" it, brought it back, didn't even mention any invoice (my mistake I didn't think about it) and then car broke down again a week later, exactly the same way with the exactly same problem as 10 days before. Had to take my car to a proper garage to find out that the problem was actually a big one! Big Jay & Sons basically scammed me of my money and time. Had the car for 3 days and "repaired" what might hadn't need to be repaired, and what really did need looking in to, the're unable or didn't bother to see/check.

They were amazing and saved my bum after I had my engine cut out on the way to uni. I called up Thursday night and they were with me Friday morning to diagnose, they didn't frill about the subject just told me straight it could be expensive. Had my car taken to the garage for free, multiple engine parts fixed and a full service and my skoda fabia was back to me by 4pm. Amazing service and so helpful and quick, they really understood how vital that car was to my daily life and got it sorted ASAP for a fair price 😀

Paid them £450 for them to mess up my car even more, 1 hour after I take my car from the garage the car breaks down. (Car had never broken down before I took it there) and then they tell me that it is a inconvenience for the car breaking down and they didn’t want to help me do anything about it. Jay himself is very unprofessional. Never trusting this garage and neither should anyone else. They keep delaying time telling you to call back or they will call back themselves. Very unprofessional.
