Their insight into who we are and what we wanted, their leadership in steering us in a great direction and their creative services in delivering the work were exemplary. They are easy to work with, firm with their opinions and innovative with their ideas. They deliver value for money. They have a clear pricing strategy and work really hard up front to make sure you know what you will be getting and how the end result will feel. Put simply I don't think we could change and work with anyone else, they are as much a part of our business as we are!

The team at Big Helping are very responsive and have always delivered to deadlines, even when thrown at them at the last minute! They always produce artwork consistent with our brand identity and have designed numerous online and as well as print promotional materials. I have worked with them for over a year on behalf of my employer and would definitely recommend them as a talented and accommodating design agency.

They are very creative, easy to work with (super responsive) and genuinely pleasant people who do everything they can to help.
