Henrique da silveira1 StarIssues since the beginning: Placed an order in October the 7th. but no email of confirmation, no order registered in my customer´s area and no invoice. No contact from them either so I had to call to confirm order was OK. Items didn´t arrived after 5 days as promised and they kept moving the delivery date (gave me 3 different dates). Items finally arrived in January 17th (4 MONTHS LATER!) causing me having a construction delayed for that period of time and losing my contractors. I managed to find an available contractor on February, who told me one of the items wasn´t suit for the purose. I requested the return and guess what, they denied the return stated they only have a 30 days return policy. So they asked me patience and understanding for 4 months and I can´t have that back for a 2 week delay caused by them. Such a disgraceThursday 3rd March 2022
