Giovanni Cappiello5 StarI was very impressed by the BathroomsbyDesign in Fulham - The team and particularly Nina was very approachable, honest and knowledgeable in advising and selecting items that I needed for my whole bathrooms. She was patient and listened carefully to my needs and the way she presented me the bathroom design was incredibly professional. She went to extra miles in at many different stage of the projects and this was really a bonus as I was having a really stressful and busy time during the project. This is a company you can trust and take away your stress when running a huge project. The design team, delivery team and after care team are all very helpful and responsible! Alice Blunden1 StarMy experience in the shop was good - Nina was welcoming, approachable and helpful. However, I have had lots of issues with my bathroom as it is poor quality: the shower leaks, the loo seat doesn’t fit properly and the taps have already broken and need replacing. Although the sales people were very welcoming and friendly, I wouldn’t recommend buying your bathroom from here.Sunday 25th September 2022
