Selected this bathroom supplier by reading previous reviews and crossing my fingers they were true .. and they were! Sunny was immediately incredibly helpful and put a great deal of effort into producing a very reasonable quote for the fixtures and fittings needed for three bathrooms and a toilet in the new house I was having refurbished. Updates and information were supplied when needed and the goods all delivered on time. Since then I have unfortunately discovered the builder (nothing to do with BathroomOne) installed a number of items badly and I've needed follow-up help and advice from Sunny, which he has always courteously and quickly provided - along with much appreciated sympathy! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - in fact I have done already - and if I ever have the energy to move again, this is where I will go for quality bathroom items and a great and friendly service.
