Sure to become your favourite date night spot in London, the bar has curated a tantalising cocktail menu (new for spring summer 2023), which invites guests to discover the magic of Baccarat through a series of unique recipes – all served in the maison’s signature crystal designs.

Inspired by the metamorphosis of earth, air, fire and water (the key components of crystal), standouts include the ‘Dorage’, a deliciously balanced mélange of Quebranta Pisco, caramelised lychee, Batak berry, whey and raspberry. Prefer a whisky-based libation? Try the silky, slightly savoury ‘Grounded’ with Sherry Cask Scotch, porcini mushrooms, capes, rose vermouth and milk whey.   

Whichever cocktail you pick – and there are 16 to choose from, including four non-alcoholic serves – know that each component has been expertly developed by our mixologists to create the finest flavours, aromas and textures. 

Naturally, the bar is also stocked with the world’s most delicious wines and spirits, while our team of chefs promise a mouthwatering array of small dishes – from citrus-cured Faroe Island salmon to mac and cheese croquettes.
