From start to finish, They replaced my boiler with a Bosch boiler and I also wasted a Mira shower fitting. Came and quoted on the day and time they said they would. Written quote back within 24 hours of the quote. Very happy with the prices. I accepted the quote and within 1 hour had a fitted date agreed. They fitted the boiler and shower on day and time agreed. They treated my home with respect, like it was their own home. Once the work was completed they cleaned up all the mess. You couldn't tell that they had replaced the boiler and shower as the place was that clean. Great service Guy’s

Francis Shepherd3 StarTwo guys came just a few days after initial enquiry to fit an outside tap. Did good work, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I emailed the following day to request an invoice (which I was told would be sent to me by the office), no response. Finally get a hand-delivered letter with an invoice over a week later with an 'overdue reminder' note attached telling me that my invoice is 5 days overdue.
To summarise - Good work but shoddy admin and no courtesy. Such a shame because it was our first experience - and we'd have been willing to use them again otherwise.Thursday 8th July 2021
Tom Anderson5 StarWe called these guys after reading the reviews and even before they came they had diagnosed the issue and given us a price. They ordered the parts for the next day and Ryan turned up as promised, he fixed the issue and was all done within the hour.
We them called them.out again for another issue for our other house and another boiler problem. They checked the boiler with the manufacturer and found it was still under warranty organised the visit with them on our behalf and saved us over 450 quid.
I cant recommend these guys highly enough as the go to company for any boiler or plumbing related matters. Absolute professionals and very fairly priced. Thanks so much for everything. Their number is on our fridge in case we or friends need them again.Tuesday 6th April 2021
