After having a leak to my windscreen for two weeks after the first replacement. I was told my car would be valeted as the carpet on the drivers side was soaking wet. Two weeks on I'm still waiting despite calling autoglass to ask when this would be arranged.

Brilliant service. Richard was extremely professional and took care of the front windscreen with extreme care.. He explained everything as I arrived and was really friendly. He did an excellent job of replacing the glass and re-calibrating the camera. Great customer service. His colleagues Tony and Kevin were very cheerful and made me feel at home. I’m really pleased with the high level of professionalism and I highly recommend them.
