This was my first car rental experience so I have nothing to compare it with, however, there is nothing to complain about. The process was smooth and quick, staff was amazing and car clean and ready. There is really nothing else to say. I would choose this branch again. Two small bumps on this experience were not working memory card in the dash cam (partially my bad to not check it before leaving) and a little bit outdated map in the satellite navigation. None of the above was a major issue and I wouldn't lower my rating because of it. Just to add, we rented a 9 seater and I wasn't able to find a better deal.

My husband might give a better review as he's the car expert, who drove the car, who did the booking but from a passenger perspective, it was great! Wanted to rent a Peugeot 3008 but got a free upgrade to a BMW 2 series gran tourer instead, which was great! Staff explained things in detail especially in cases of accidents/emergencies. Car was in excellent condition too.

Terrible customer service experience. They do not return calls, do not keep you updated after saying they will. Snarky customer service. Worst of all when phoning the service department you can expect waiting anywhere from 10-25 minutes for your call to be answered. Exact same experience from Tuesday till Friday this week. Really expected more from "UK's largest independent"
