Transformed a run down garden into a simple but modern, low maintenance garden by adding decking and erecting a stylish fence and putting down artificial grass in certain areas. Ideal for me who works full time and has very little time to upkeep a garden. Would recommend them, overall great job done. The took time to listen and completed the project in stages with regular walk arounds with me and my partner to keep us updated every step of the way. When we bought our home, we were alarmed to discover that it wasn’t level. We wanted to do some remodeling, but needed to address this issue first. Sam from Amvico assured us that they could raise the house, replace all of the piers and posts – without damaging the plumbing or the heating ducts. They kept to all their promises and walked us through everything whilst doing it. Our house was completed on time and within the budget we set. It was a great experience to work with Amvico because they made it easy. We have already recommended their services to family, and will continue to do so. Amvico worked very quickly to remove deep concrete from our back garden, despite it absolutely pouring down with rain all day. The builders told us it would be a lot of work and take over a week, yet Amvico managed to do it all to completion within 4 days. They were also happy to divert some of the guys from the main job we hired them for to tidy up some plastering around a loft hatch and take out some extra rubbish we had in the backyard / loft to fill up the last space in the skip too. Amvico did a better job in cleaning up after themselves than I thought a builder ever could. Very polite and friendly workers, so I can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely hire again. Thank you again! We have just had a new drive put in by Amvico and from start to finish they were fantastic. Despite our old drive being in pieces and the ground level all over the place Amvico managed to do the job in three days as promised. They provided me with plenty of recommendations material types, drains and cost effective designs. Best price I was quoted from the various builders I contacted. I was pleased by the way they sat me down at the start and went through everything they would do and helped me decide on how to best use the budget the quoted. Best builder I have had so far. Cheers guys. We were very pleased with the work your company did for us. The labourers were respectable and coped well with us when we changed our mind on using bricks instead of slabs. They worked hard to finish exactly when promised even tho we implemented a various changes to the original plan for the living room and garden. I am writing from a prospective of a person who had very little experience of working with builders... We had several quotes from various builders for a new drive. AMVICO was not the cheapest but they came across as the most professional and instilled a confidence that far surpassed the other builders. I had Marcus has the lead professional on my project he was extremely professional and knowledgeable... He provided us with so much knowledge on the property and dealt with unforseen problems with aplomb We also had Eddy and Jack on the team who paved the drive as well other preparing the drive.. Nothing was too much for them and they too provided a professional service and also dealt with unforseen issues in a professional manner. In the end the professionalism, attention to detail and the confidence l felt working with AMVICO left me feeling that this was definitely value for money. I would like to just share my experience with this builder so that all others that are considering employing them can have an insight to what the process is like and how the company performs. Please note this is only based on my opinion and own experience of course. We had a fair amount of work done to our home over a period of two months. We began our project journey by calling several builders to visit our North London home and discuss options with us, already having drawn our plans ourselves and hiring a architect to finalise them. The toughest part of the project was filtering through 5 builders that we got quotes from. We were looking for a reliable builder that had good history and would stick to our budget the best they could. The more we investigated the potential builders the quicker we eliminated a lot of them from our list. Amvico stood out form the start. They booked to come in quickly, they were very professional and polite, they were not late, the company had fantastic reviews on YouTube, the team were smartly presented with well branded attire that portrayed professional workmanship. Not to mention the quality of work their past clients referenced was beautifully done. The final factor was the price, they came in third cheapest to my surprise as I thought they’d be the most expensive during our preliminary quoting period. The quote was clear with a straightforward two part payment plan “ and there were no nasty surprises or increases to what we paid at any point. The work we had done by Amvico: 1. A rear extension of 8 x 8 meters. 2. The extension extended our kitchen, added a toilet and wash room, they done the electrics, plumbing, flooring and decorating. They also fitted the toilet and kitchen but we supplied the materials. 3. Put in a new rear and side patio in stone for us which covered an area of to 160 meters squared. 4. Built wooden seating areas, a fire pit, and a brick bbq in the back with night lighting all around the area and patio. 5. They fitted 50 meters squared of artifice grass, alongside 30 meters squared of composite decking. Overall we are very happy with their hard work and how they managed to perform and keep to a strict pre-Christmas deadline. The men on the job were fabulous characters led by a clear speaking and thoughtful team-leader. There were up to 10 men at a time on the job, who arrived at 8am on the dot and left at 4pm. I couldn’t recommend this builder enough for all the areas of expertise they demonstrated on my project that I’ve outlined above. The quality of work surpasses the coin I invested. We have already got friends booked in with them to do some work. We will continue to reference for them and have them back in the future when we need any more done. Thank you once again to all of you at Amvico who worked with us and I apologise for not referencing all of you by name. Myself and the family wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happier new year.

The Amvico team that worked at my property were trusting, extremely flexible and cared a lot about the work they were doing. I've had a good experience in dealing with them. I had the whole of the front of my home block-paved and some walls put up with a gate. My rear garden was levelled, new fences, pillars, stone paving, some plant sections created with features and decking put down. Did some work to my kitchen and the flooring. Excellent tradesman. We are very pleased with the extension you did for us that was competed a few weeks ago. This builder was very easy to communicate with throughout the extension work they did for me. The boys worked extremely hard and didn’t slack when we went on holiday as I often checked our cctv (sorry for spying ). You kept to our architects plans with absolute precision. Martin, the team leader went through everything several times before the work started which was a great deal of help. You did well to keep within the original quoted cost analysis. For anyone that needs the same done we highly recommend this builder. Our extension was 2 storeys. Very happy overall.

Excellent service provided by this builder. They are responsive, attentive and professional. We had several leaks on our roof last week and it was repaired at a very attractive price by Amvico compared to other quotes we received. Your team also repaired a few cracks on our extension. We couldn’t ask for a better job done so thanks again. Highly recommend.
