I had a fantastic experience with Samantha, who is a very talented lady. My alterations involved changing the length of a lace edged designer wedding dress and taking in the bodice and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Samantha’s attention to detail and sewing expertise is obvious and fitting appointments with her were always warm and friendly. I felt listened to and understood, and nothing was too much trouble - she even sorted my sister’s maid of honour dress at short notice. I heartily recommend this business for any alterations you may need.

The service you’ll get if you use Sam at Alterations on line is A*. Sam helped me to find the best way to enhance my address so that I felt amazing in it, she has a great eye and was able to make suggestions I hadn’t thought of, adding capped sleeves and a gorgeous belt from her own selection. Sam spotted a couple of faults with my dress when I took it to her, and fixed them perfectly. On my wedding day i felt comfortable and confident thanks to the help Sam gave me, she is way more than a seamstress!! Thank you x

Samantha is amazing - couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She did some alterations on my daughter’s prom dress and when my daughter put it on her own words were “OMG it’s amazing”. Samantha genuinely seemed to care what we felt and wanted my daughter to enjoy her prom. Would definitely return and tell others to do so. Thank you

I Can't recommend Samantha enough. Down to having my baby 4 weeks before my wedding, Samantha only had around 10 days to complete the alterations on my dress and boy did we have some work to do. The entire time she made me feel extremely comfortable and explained exactly how she was going to make the alterations and what the expected outcome would be. I did have 2 fittings during that 10 days just to ensure everything was working out as planned. I picked up my gown the day before my wedding and you couldn't even tell it had been altered it looked and fit amazing. I received so many compliments on the dress and without Samantha I would have had no hope of wearing it and would have had to purchase another last minute. So 5 stars and thankyou so much for saving the day!
