I recently fitted a combi boiler in with another plumber, unfortunately today my boiler had gone on the blink due to low water pressure. I had contacted the boiler supplier the plumber and my insurance cover and they all flopped on me when I needed them most. The Boiler supplier couldn't get out to me until next week meaning I would have been out of hot water and heating which was not ideal during the winter. The plumber who originally fitted the boiler in was unresponsive and my insurance cover was a waste of time no help at all. I called a few local builders around and they were charging an arm and a leg to come out. I called Terry and he was humble AF really nice chap and honest he was unable to come due to an over schedule diary however he didn't turn me away and helped where he could. Terry face timed me and instructed me what to do, he showed me the ropes and I was able to get the pressure back up allowing me to get my hot water and heating going, this took me no longer than 2 minutes. He didn't charge me nor did he take any credit, he saved me in my moment of need and essentially saved me money. I can't praise Terry enough, he's really reliable and an honest man definitely recommend him to anyone.

Terry has completed a big job for me refurbing a flat with new bathroom and central heating system, new radiators and all new kitchen plumbing. His work has been to a high standard and for a good price. He came when he said he would, listened to my requirements and took time to explain everything, offer me different options etc. When the work was going on he tidied up after himself and took away all the rubbish. I never felt pushed to overspend in any way and he was very aware of budget. Big relief and very happy that I found an honest, reliable plumber.

Changed the piping to my boiler. I thought that we'd have to spend hours mending the boxing after he'd had to rip it all open, but he did a really neat job and you wouldn't know he's been in there. Would thoroughly recommend.
