This is one of our main locksmith suppliers which was based in London till December which it had to close down the collection centre and is now operating fully online. We had a good experience there specially dealing with Karen at the counter. She was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with all the equipment we needed.

Very dissapointed with their aftersales Few weeks ago orderer 2 locks for 600£,been told by their salesman what product code to choose online. Didnt opened the box when its arrived,so missed 30 days return. They send me wrong locks,rang them straight away,been told they will sort out returns.Had to pay another 600£ for right locks (i hope so,will check imediatly when it arrives),since i have paid for it over the phone they said - ob sorry we wont be able to help you with your wrongly sent items So be aware - check what you get same day as seems they are propper dodgy company

Its been 2 years since i left this review, in the hope things may improve...which they haven't. This is now the second time in 6 months that my order has not been loaded onto a van. An order of parts for jobs booked over bank holiday will now not arrive until Tuesday. 4 days after the day i actually need the parts. Ive had to ring around 4 customers and rejig work until next weekend. Losing me money and reputation. Aldridge is damaging many companies reputations with this type of behaviour! And it's not on when they take no liability for it by saying its a third party issue...its not, its your issue. Loss of earnings and damage to reputation is something that can go through a civil court. Stock holding is an issue. Went to the London branch looking for kite marked cylinders... Not one size in stock for the offset needed. Noticed the same look on other locksmiths faces when told they had no stock of other item's. I was then told Birmingham has the biggest stock. Why set up as a security distributor if you hold no stock or have to wait another day to complete the job. Shambolic!!! The star I have given is for EVVA and their products.
