Stephanie2 StarRob came to clean our windows in January. We mentioned how we’d like the roof of the conservatory cleaned, Rob said he’d have to come back another time because he didn’t have the correct equipment and that he’d be in touch to arrange our future appointments. We got a text the day after from Rob asking to leave a Google review, yet we’ve had no one from ACS to sort the conservatory or book future appointments. It’s the end of February now and I’m not hopeful we’ll ever hear back! Windows were definitely cleaned well, but not great follow up service!Monday 21st February 2022
