Josh Davis1 StarTaxi driver asked to go a different way which was a longer way. I told him no go the quickest route. Once we got to Tunstall he decided to do a loop around to get to the square instead of driving up the high street and turning left.Sunday 4th December 2022
Keith Davies1 StarUsed this shower of a company yesterday to take us to a friend's wedding. They put the route in the sat nav but instead of going that route they went a different way that made us miss the wedding. They took our money for the journey anyway. I Phoned to complain today only for the gentleman on the other end to start shouting and balling saying it was my fault and I was getting on his nerves and then hung up on me. TheTurnipxxx1 StarAbsolutely disappointing experience and I will NEVER use this company again. Booked the taxi in advance and it was STILL 15 minutes late and because of that I was late for work.
The operator then proceeded to make out that it was my fault for not leaving more time. Oddly enough I was under the impression that once I book a taxi for a particular time, it will be there at that time. According to him, it was my mistake.
NEVER AGAIN!!! I do not recommend at all!Friday 8th November 2019
Arek Bator1 StarUsed A1 Embassy twice over last 4 days and won't be using them again.
Both occasions taxi arrived late by 15min.
On the second occasion driver told me he doesn't know local roads so need to help him to get onto the main road. Then took my via the longest route to the destination and blamed shortest route by saying there are roadworks (not true and also wouldn't have impact on the price). Finally instead of £8 mentioned by office driver had £12 on his screen. Finally paid £10. Not worth it. Go somewhere else!Thursday 8th July 2021
