I’ve been a regular customer years now. All the staff are pleasant and the nail designs are extremely creative. The staff are perfectionists and are always extremely busy. I’ve always been very satisfied with my nails whether I go for a bold colour or intricate design. All the staff are excellent nail technicians and despite coming to get my nails done for years, I’ve never been disappointed. As an extra perk, they also offer drinks for free should you feel thirsty and a reward card too for a free set of nails after so many visits so don’t forget to get your stamp on your Loyalty Card!

Worst pedicure in my life. So unhygienic. They did not wipe or clean any of their tools or chairs in between the servicing of different customers. Moreover, they used the same dirty towel, which fell on the floor numerous times during my pedicure, to wipe my feet at the end of my pedicure. It was literally filled with the bits they had taken off my feet, which was transferred back all over my feet at the end. ATROCIOUS. Also, definitely avoiding taxes as they quite aggressively demand cash payments. Edit: Great response from the owner. Clearly demonstrates the type of people they are. They do accept card payments. I did not say they didn’t, but they keep pushing for cash payments and on the wall there’s paper saying £2 charge for card payments, which I’m pretty sure is illegal, and fits my narrative of how they push for cash payments. I saw countless people be asked to go to the ATM to pay by cash when they attempted to pay by card. I stand by the hygiene comments. I double checked that I was reviewing the right place. And that hygiene is TERRIBLE.

I came to this store very last minute on Saturday and I was able to get an appointment. Prices are very decent and the costumer service is really good. I didn’t have to wait at all💯💯 Would definitely return

Not the best experience as they gave me 1 price at the start and chose to change it about 5 times... I want to believe they were just genuinely confused about what I wanted however the customer service was terrible not a great experience at all. After I mentioned this they decided to make me wait with half of my nails done whilst doing another clients nails who came after me and kept switching. It was also very uncomfortable as two staff members kept laughing right at my face when they were doing my nails towards the end which made me feel very uncomfortable, so off putting. Never again. Please teach your staff some manners as I was as polite as I could've possible been in that situation.

Amazing nails - have my hands & toes done every 3 weeks here. The whole team are great, and I’m very fussy having had my nails done for over 20 years. Nothing is too much trouble. Very creative if you want artwork. HUGE choice of colours of acrylic powders and gel polish. You can book in advance or just turn up & wait. Thanks Nana & team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
